1. Deadline for Abstract Submission : February 15, 2005
•  Abstracts received after the date cannot be considered by the Scientific Committee.
•  Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
•  Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed and assigned for oral or poster presentation.
•  Files must be with IBM compatible computers.

2. Notification of Acceptance : March 31, 2005
The corresponding author of abstracts will receive a letter by email regarding the status of the submitted abstract. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to inform the other authors about the status of the abstract.

3. Withdrawal / Changes
Submitted abstracts cannot be withdrawn or changed after the deadline for the abstract submission (February 15, 2005). No exceptions will be made.

4. Deadline for Extended Abstract Submission : May 31, 2005
Authors of accepted abstracts should submit their Extended Abstract before May 31, 2005. The format of the extended abstract will be announced later. Submitted Extended Abstract will be published as the conference proceeding in CD form.

5. Publication
Abstracts accepted for presentation (either oral or poster) will appear in the abstract book. In order for abstracts to be published, the presenting author must pre-register for the conference.
Without registration and payment of the registration fees until May 31, 2005, authors cannot be scheduled in the scientific program nor will appear in the abstract book.

Step 5: Fill in all information.

- Send the file of the abstract in Word (doc.) or PDF file by E-mail to icwes13@intercom.co.kr.

Step 2: Complete the Abstract Submission Form.
Step 3: Send the completed file via email (icwes13@intercom.co.kr).

The Organizing Committee prefers online or email transfer but if situation does not permit, please feel free to contact the ICWES13 Secretariat.
