• Special registration fee is applied to members and to prospective members of INWES .
• INWES membership fee will be automatically deducted from the registration fee when applying for membership.
• Those who apply for ICWES13 as regular participant can become a member of INWES without any extra INWES membership fee.
• If you wish to apply for INWES Membership, please indicate it on the registration form.

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the ICWES13 secretariat by E-mail or Fax. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.

Letter of Invitation (application of Visa for admission into Korea)
Participants requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the ICWES13 should contact the conference secretariat before July 31, 2005. This letter is NOT a commitment on the part of the ICWES13 organizer to provide financial assistance to any participant or accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
