For your convenience, the ICWES13 has secured accommodation in or around the conference venue ICWES13, 2005.

* Lotte Hotel Seoul will charge a 10% service charge and 10% VAT to room rates.

Reservation is available through the conference website or by sending Hotel & Tour Reservation Form via fax or mail. This form must be mailed or faxed directly to the ICWES13 secretariat for processing.

• Every Hotel & Tour Reservation Form must be accompanied by a deposit of one night for each room reserved. Alternatively, you can provide your credit card details on the form, in case of payment by credit card.
• Participants should settle the balance of their accounts with the hotel as they check out. If a credit card was used to reserve your room, you will not be charged until check-out.
• ICWES13 secretariat will send a confirmation letter to your E-mail upon receipt of the accommodation deposit.

All changes of accommodation are to be handled by the ICWES13 secretariat. All requests for changes must be made in writing and forwarded to the ICWES13 secretariat before July 31, 2005. Requests for changes should not be sent to the hotel directly. ICWES13 secretariat will make every attempt to carry out your request for changes, but can not guarantee to fulfill the requests for changes or bookings made after July 31, 2005.

All cancellations must be done in writing and forwarded to the ICWES13 Secretariat.
Cancellations should not be sent directly to the hotel.
